The Preston Hollow area has a rural feel in the middle of Dallas. This area of

estates, and condominiums, high rise living, and single family residents in the

Cities The
Park Cities is comprised of Highland Park and University Park. This area is known
for its higher priced homes and widespread parks and award-winning schools. Southern
Methodist University is also located in the Park Cities. The park cities have
many boutique retailers and restaurants that cater to the neighborhood. Lakewood
& Northeast Dallas Lake
Highlands and Lakewood make up the area of Northeast Dallas. White Rock Lake is
the major driving force in the Lakewood area. In this area one will find charming
older homes, beautiful trees and diverse restaurants and shops. Uptown
In
this area you will find the Dallas Arts and cultural scene and features some of
the best restaurants, antique shops, art galleries, boutiques and many five-star
hotels in Dallas. On McKinney Avenue, you will discover the residential neighborhood
of State Thomas. Uptown is also home to the Katy Trail which many enjoy biking
or jogging on, during the spring and summer months. High-rise living is also very
popular in the Uptown area. This area has grown extensively over the past years.
Plano
Plano is located north of Dallas, and is one of the fastest-growing communities in the nation. Plano's residents have the ideal combination of housing, employment, dining, shopping, acclaimed education, facilities and sporting and recreational facilities. Plano has a highly respected public school system.
Frisco
Frisco is one of the fastest-growing communities in the United States. Frisco offers a wide variety of housing styles and price ranges within this area. Frisco offers its residents a unique living experience, with numerous recreational activities, recognized schools and great neighborhoods.
