He
has emphasized the importance of being conscientious and proactive in facilitating
Real Estate transactions but respect that at the heart of every transaction are
people not dollars. After
graduating from Texas Tech University, I decided to follow my father's footsteps
by securing an internship with one of the most respected Commercial Real Estate
firms in Dallas and very quickly, transitioned into residential - a true passion
now.
I
find rewarding aspects in working with both buyers and sellers. With buyers, I
love hunting properties and organizing showings for them. Sometimes it is challenging
to find the perfect fit. However, it all comes down to reaching an understanding
of what it takes to turn a "house" into a "home". Sellers
are also great to work with. I enjoy helping them get the most for their homes
by discovering unique ways to use what they love about their home and neighborhood
to differentiate it in the market.
My
commitment is to provide a service that helps my clients (buyers and sellers)
realize their dream of home ownership. So, it is essential that I form professional
yet very personal connections with each of my clients. One of the unexpected benefits
of this career has been all of the long-term friendships I've established. Referrals
are great but so are the emails and phone calls I receive from clients/friends
just checking in with me.
I
BELIEVE IN the City of Dallas and its prosperous future; my time and a portion
of every sales commission goes to several local charitable organizations. Currently,
I'm working heavily with St Vincent de Paul Thrift Store of Dallas "much
more than a thrift store" but I'm also affiliated with these prominent and
worthwhile organizations, institutions, and programs: - Dallas
Symphony Orchestra
- Calyx
Club
- Lee
Park Junior Conservancy
- Children's
Miracle Network
- Angel
Tree
- Race
for the Cure
- Highland
Park United Methodist Church

I am relaxing, I enjoy fishing, spending time with family, my 2 nephews, friends
and working at my parent's ranch in Austin. |
